I met Leidy about 3 years ago. I was missing something in my current BK and in my tax preparer. For example communication was not great, there were missed emails, and slow or no reply on the calls. They seemed to always do only what was asked and not a bit more. I guess that is fine for some but I sure learned its not how Leidy at AIO operates. When I called Leidy and told her my BK, and tax returns are in disarray and I needed help, she welcomed me open arms. Boy, I had no idea just how bad my books were being done in the past. And for my past tax guy; he was more of a IRS affiliate than a tax return professional.
